Balencio is the culmination of numerous scientific researches initiated within the Catholic University of Louvain. The latest product from Balencio S.A., our Spin Off U.C.L. has been marketing innovative digital applications since 2016.



International expertise

Our scientific research is supervised by a committee of experts under the leadership of Professor Jacques Grégoire. Fruitful collaborations with the universities of Paris Sud, Tilburg, Bourgogne Franche Comté and Ghent have been established.



A rigorous scientific validation

Balencio is scientifically supervised by our academic validation committee. The methodology is subject to extensive psychometric validation analyses (PCA, Bartlett sphericity tests, Keyser-Meyer-Olkin sampling adequacy measurement, Cronbach’s Alpha etc.).



An innovative multifactorial model

Balencio measures the positive and negative factors impacting the balance of human capital in organizations. It is built on a model with 5 main risk factors, 29 sub-factors and 5 specific impact measures.
